Our Director
Kimberly Mooney, PhD
Graduated from Montclair University in 1993 and earned her Ph.D in the education
of those with disabilities from Columbia University in 2002. After 12 years of teaching/coordinating
and two years of post-doctoral training and supervision, Dr. Mooney became a licensed
Professional Counselor and a Learning Disability Teacher Consultant.

Signs of Success Agency is for children and adults with hearing, speech, language,
emotional, or learning disabilities to realize and reach full potential. Signs of
Success offers evaluation and diagnostic services by a multi-disciplinary team of
professionals who diagnose delays or disabilities, determine strengths/needs, develop
appropriate referrals, and make recommendations resulting from each area designed
to help each individual to function optimally in the home, school, and community.
This multidisciplinary team includes speech therapists, learning specialists, social
workers, school psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Teachers who
work together to meet the needs of the individual.
Staff Members available to work with all types of disabilities including but not
limited to CP, PDD, & deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
